To promote a friendly feeling between horse clubs and to cooperate in promoting attendance at member club horse shows and gymkhanas by reasonable distribution of publicity material for member club affairs; to act as a clearing house for show dates; to formulate a set of uniform rules and regulations for games and judging classes to followed in the conduct and judging of all member club Horse Shows and gymkhanas
